SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt via UPS/USPS (depending on your area).

All orders $250+ ship for free within the United States.

All orders $750+ ship for free Internationally. We do not ship fragrance/scents, face & body or candles Internationally. 

All shipments valued over $750 will need a signature upon delivery. YUCCA will not take responsibility for loss or ownership of merchandise for any orders that choose not to require a signature at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, YUCCA cannot be held responsible for stolen, damaged/lost packages, inaccurate mailing addresses, or unforeseen delays from the couriers.

IN-STORE PICK UP

The customer will be sent an email letting you know the order is "Ready for Pick Up". There is a 3 business day grace period to allow for pick up once the customer has been notified. Customers are welcome to pick up at their convenience, but the returns policy goes into effect after the 3rd business day. If the order is not picked up within two weeks, store credit will be issued for the goods.
