YUCCA no longer offers international shipping.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT
Orders valued over $750 require a signature upon delivery. If a customer chooses not to require a signature at checkout, YUCCA cannot assume responsibility for loss or transfer of ownership once delivery has been completed.

SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
Once an order has shipped, YUCCA cannot be held responsible for stolen packages, lost or damaged shipments, incorrect mailing addresses entered at checkout, or delays caused by shipping carriers.

IN-STORE PICK UP
Customers who select In-Store Pick Up will receive an email notification once the order is ready for collection. Orders should be picked up within three business days of the notification email. Customers are welcome to collect their order at their convenience, however the store’s return policy begins after the third business day whether the order has been collected or not. Orders not picked up within two weeks will be converted to store credit.
