FINAL SALE PURCHASES

Any item purchased from the Final Sale section or ending in .99 is considered "FINAL SALE" and is not eligible for return, exchange or store credit. 

  

ITEMS PURCHASED WITH ANY DISCOUNT CODE

Any item purchased on sale is considered FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return, exchange or store credit, including items sold at promotional discount. We do not offer price adjustments for prior purchases. Store credit purchases are considered Final Sale as well. No price adjustments for in-store and online purchases within 12 hours of receipt. We cannot retroactively apply discounts to any order after it is placed. Thank you for your understanding.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS/REFUSED PACKAGES 

All orders canceled, after they have been placed, will be charged a 10% restocking fee. No exceptions to this policy will be made. Refused packages will incur a 10% restocking fee as well.

    

AFTERPAY PURCHASES 

Our company policy and systems do not support refunds with Afterpay purchases. All sales made through Afterpay are final. We are happy to issue store credit valid for three months or exchange within 7 days of purchase. Any package being returned to us requesting a refund which has been purchased through Afterpay, will automatically be denied. Afterpay is a separate entity, and queries in its regard must be emailed to them directly.

 

EXCESSIVE RETURNS 

YUCCA monitors returns to identify potential abuse or misuse of our return policies. Continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.

 

INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES 

All International sales are considered FINAL SALE.
