Any item purchased from the Final Sale section or ending in .99 is considered "FINAL SALE" and is not eligible for return, exchange or store credit. 

  

ITEMS PURCHASED WITH ANY DISCOUNT CODE

Any item purchased on sale is considered FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return, exchange or store credit, including items sold at promotional discount. We do not offer price adjustments for prior purchases. Store credit purchases are considered Final Sale as well. We cannot retroactively apply discounts to any order after it is placed. Thank you for your understanding.

 

PROMOTIONS

No price adjustments for in-store and online purchases within 12 hours of receipt.

 

REFUSED PACKAGES 

Refused packages will incur a 10% restocking fee.

    

AFTERPAY/SHOP PAY/AFFIRM PURCHASES 

Our company policy and systems do not support refunds with Afterpay, Shop Pay, and Affirm purchases. All sales made through these channels are final. We are happy to issue store credit/exchange within 7 days of purchase. Any package being returned to us requesting a refund which has been purchased through Afterpay, will automatically be denied. Afterpay, Shop Pay, and Affirm are separate entities, and queries in its regard must be emailed to them directly.

 

EXCESSIVE RETURNS 

YUCCA monitors returns to identify potential abuse or misuse of our return policies. Continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.

 

INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES 

All International sales are considered FINAL SALE.
