IN-STORE RETURNS 

We are happy to offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of purchase date, on all items. Please note — we do not issue refunds. We want you to love your purchase and are happy to help in any way we can and are always on hand to send extra photos and measurements and answer any questions by phone, email, or DM. We try our best to accommodate our customers and are as flexible as we are able to be, when it comes to exchanges or store credit.

  • Beauty
  • Fragrance/Scent
  • Home Goods
  • Jewelry
  • Sunglasses
  • Accessories (Hats, Gloves, Scarves, Bandanas/Hankies, Barrettes, Headbands, Bags, Purses, Socks, Tights)
  • “On Sale” products
  • “Final Sale” products

 

Store credit can be used both in-store and online. Any item purchased on sale (20% OR MORE) is considered Final Sale and is not eligible for exchange or store credit. Any item(s) that are purchased with our welcome code are returnable for store credit or exchange. Once orders are placed, we are unable to accept cancellations. No price adjustments for in-store and online purchases within 12 hours of receipt. We cannot retroactively apply discounts to any order after it is placed. Thank you for your understanding.

Please request a Return Authorization (RA) number by emailing customercare@shopyucca.co. Please include your order number, date of purchase, and reason for return. A return label will be issued via email. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package, using original packaging. A $15.00 return shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit amount. You will be issued your store credit (that never expires) within three business days of receiving your return.

 

The items must be postmarked within three business days of receiving the YUCCA Return Authorization. Merchandise must not be washed, worn, or damaged. All original tags must be attached. If returning footwear, the original box and contents must be included. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that don’t fulfill these criteria. If there was an error on the part of YUCCA, or you received a damaged product, you will be reimbursed for all shipping charges. Please note that YUCCA will not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.
