We want you to feel good about what you bring home from YUCCA. If you need additional photos, measurements, or help deciding before placing an order, we are always happy to assist by phone, email, or DM. Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase or delivery. Please note that we do not offer refunds. Store credit never expires and may be used both in-store and online.

IN-STORE RETURNS
Items purchased in the shop may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of the purchase date. Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including swimwear, intimates and bodysuits, beauty products, fragrance, home goods, jewelry, sunglasses, accessories, items marked On Sale, and items designated as Final Sale. Items discounted 20% or more are considered Final Sale. Once an order has been completed, cancellations cannot be accepted and price adjustments are not offered for in-store or online purchases.

ONLINE RETURNS
Online purchases may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of the posted delivery date. The same exclusions apply: swimwear, intimates and bodysuits, beauty products, fragrance, home goods, jewelry, sunglasses, accessories, items marked On Sale, and items designated as Final Sale. All international orders are Final Sale.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION
To begin a return, request a Return Authorization number by emailing customercare@shopyucca.co and include your order number, purchase date, and the reason for the return. Once approved, a return label will be sent by email. Please write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package and return the item using the original packaging. A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit amount and store credit will be issued within three business days of receiving the return.

RETURN CONDITIONS
Returns must be postmarked within three business days of receiving the Return Authorization. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags attached, and footwear must be returned with the original box. YUCCA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. If an item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part, we will reimburse shipping charges; otherwise YUCCA cannot assume responsibility for loss or damage during return shipping.
