FINAL SALE PURCHASES
Any item purchased from the Final Sale section, or any item with a price ending in .99, is considered FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A DISCOUNT CODE
Any item purchased on sale is considered FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit, including items sold at promotional discount. Store credit purchases are also considered FINAL SALE. We do not offer price adjustments for prior purchases and cannot retroactively apply discounts to any order once it has been placed. 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Price adjustments may be requested within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, prices are considered final.

REFUSED PACKAGES
Refused packages will incur a 10% restocking fee.

EXCESSIVE RETURNS
YUCCA monitors returns to identify potential abuse or misuse of our return policies. Continued returns may be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion. Returns may be limited for customers with unusually high return activity.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We no longer offer international shipping.
