Orders are processed within 24-72 hours of receipt. All orders over $150+ ship for free within the contiguous United States. Orders will arrive in 2-3 business days. Expedited shipping is available: $35 for overnight. Expedited orders must be placed by 12PM MST or will ship the following business day. Select items may require additional shipping charges. - All goods must be returned unworn and in perfect condition with all original tags attached.
- Undergarments, apothecary goods, vintage, and all items marked as "ON SALE" are non-returnable.
- Please contact us directly to obtain an approval code before returning any merchandise.
Return process must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Upon receipt of merchandise we will issue an exchange or store credit only. No cash back. We're a small business and as we grow we hope to revisit this policy with more flexibility. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Should you receive a product that is damaged or defective please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Our company policy and systems do not support refunds with Afterpay purchases. All sales made through Afterpay are final. We are happy to issue store credit valid for three months or exchange within 7 days of purchase. Any package being returned to us requesting a refund which has been purchased through Afterpay, will automatically be denied. Afterpay is a separate entity, and queries in its regard must be emailed to them directly.
We are always happy to accommodate packages being mailed as gifts. Should you wish to send an order as a gift please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to give your purchase special attention.
All of our one-of-a-kind, found items have been professionally cleaned and are ready to wear/use. For clothing, we have included a size estimation and flat measurements. Sizing on older apparel can be misleading due to the way in which size standards have changed over time, as such, please make sure to measure against a similar item in your closet to see if those dimensions will work. We're also happy to answer any questions that you may have before you buy at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All "ON SALE" purchases are considered final and "ON SALE" items cannot be returned or exchanged.
YUCCA monitors returns to identify potential abuse or misuse of our return policies. Continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion, or lead to the closure of your YUCCA account.
