Orders are processed within 24-72 hours of receipt. All orders over $100+ ship for free (Priority Mail Shipping) within the contiguous United States. Ground orders will arrive in 2-3 business days. Expedited shipping is available: $32 for overnight. Expedited orders must be placed by 12PM MST or will ship the following business day. We ship to Canada and the UK for a flat rate of $32. Select items may require additional shipping charges. If this happens, you will be contacted after check-out with the revised cost to approve. We honor a 3 day return policy provided items are returned in the same condition they were received and are in their original packaging, with original tags attached and intact. Undergarments, opened apothecary goods, shoes, vintage, and all items marked as "sale" are non-returnable. Please contact us directly to obtain an approval code before returning any merchandise. Return process must be initiated within three days of receipt. From the date that the approval code is given, goods must be received by Shop Yucca within five business days. Upon receipt of merchandise we will issue an exchange or store credit only. We're a small business and as we grow we hope to revisit this policy with more flexibility. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Should you receive a product that is damaged or defective please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We are always happy to accommodate packages being mailed as gifts. Should you wish to send an order as a gift please contact us at info@shopyucca.co and we will be happy to give your purchase special attention including a handwritten gift enclosure.



All of our one-of-a-kind, found items have been professionally cleaned and are ready to wear/use. For clothing, we have included a size estimation and flat measurements. Sizing on older apparel can be misleading due to the way in which size standards have changed over time, as such, please make sure to measure against a similar item in your closet to see if those dimensions will work. We're also happy to answer any questions that you may have before you buy at info@shopyucca.co.


We aim to source pre-owned, one-of-kind clothing, home goods, accessories, and jewelry that are in excellent condition, but the condition of found items varies from piece to piece. We try to represent any flaws or markings in photographs and descriptions.



All of our packaging, from shipping boxes and parcel tape to wrapping paper, stationery and hangtags is plastic free, and is recyclable and biodegradable. We attempt to source as much of our packaging from post-consumer waste as possible. Occasionally we receive a shipment from one of our designers that contains plastic, and if that happens, we don't remove it before shipping it to you. We're constantly looking for ways to reduce our footprint and will continue to work with our brands and suppliers to reduce packaging as much as possible. 



Items marked as "On Sale" cannot be discounted further.  All "On Sale" purchases are considered final and "On Sale" items cannot be returned or exchanged.
